How a new cleaning relationship is set up, from walkthrough to 30-day check-in.
Most cleaning problems come from unclear expectations at the start. We solve that with a written scope before any work begins. The steps below are what every new client goes through, in this order.
We ask you to describe your facility in detail — or, for South Saint Paul facilities, we schedule a walkthrough. We note the areas to be cleaned, the floor types, any surfaces requiring special products, access points, and your schedule constraints. This is the only way to write an accurate scope.
You receive a document listing every area included, every task performed, the products used on each surface type, and what is explicitly excluded. This is your reference for every subsequent visit. If the scope needs to change, the change is documented in writing.
A named crew is assigned to your facility. You receive their names before the first visit. The same crew returns for subsequent visits unless we notify you in advance of a change.
The first clean typically takes longer than subsequent visits. The crew is learning the building, any quirks in access, and confirming that the scope matches the actual facility. We ask the facility coordinator to walk the space with us at the end of the first visit.
After approximately four visits we contact you to confirm that the scope is working, that the crew is meeting expectations, and that nothing has changed in the facility that requires a scope adjustment. This is a brief call or email — it is not a sales call.
Calls and emails received by 4:00pm receive a reply the same business day. After 5:00pm or on weekends, the next business day. We do not advertise 24/7 availability because we do not provide it. What we do provide is consistent, reliable response during business hours.
If something is missed in scope, we return within 24 hours at no charge. That is in the written agreement, not in the fine print.
