Careful, schedule-aware cleaning for the spaces where congregations gather.
Sanctuary cleaning requires a different level of care than office or commercial cleaning. The materials are often older, some irreplaceable. Products that are appropriate in a breakroom can damage pew finishes, stained glass frames, or carpet fibres laid decades ago. We use materials suited to each surface and document what we use, so you are never guessing about a discolouration or a finish change.
A standard sanctuary clean includes: pew cleaning (dust, wipe-down, cushion surface care), vacuuming of carpeted aisles and pew rows, hard floor sweeping and mopping at accessible areas, altar and chancel surface cleaning (we do not move or rearrange ritual objects), window cleaning at accessible height, collection plate and tray wiping, and rubbish removal. Hymnals and books are straightened, not moved off shelves.
We schedule around your service times. If your congregation worships Sunday morning, Saturday afternoon or Sunday evening are the natural windows. We can also clean on weekday mornings before mid-week programming. The schedule is set in writing before the first clean.
Most congregations in the South Saint Paul area choose weekly cleaning timed to arrive before Sunday services. Some smaller congregations with limited mid-week activity do well with bi-weekly service. We can discuss what fits your calendar and your budget at the quote stage.
One-time deep cleans before Holy Week, Christmas, or a facility anniversary are available by separate written scope.
