Honest pricing language. No fabricated ranges.
Church cleaning is not priced like office cleaning per square foot of open floor, because a sanctuary does not clean like an office. The pew rows, the carpet runners, the altar area, the storage sacristy — these require different time and different products than open commercial space. An accurate quote requires a walkthrough or a detailed description of the facility.
The factors that most affect price for a South Saint Paul congregation:
Facility size and room count. A 300-seat sanctuary with a separate fellowship hall and three classrooms will take longer and cost more than a single-room chapel. Total cleanable area matters more than total building square footage.
Frequency. Weekly contracts are typically more cost-effective per visit than bi-weekly or monthly service because the facility does not accumulate as much between cleans. Infrequent service often requires a longer first clean.
Scope of areas included. Sanctuary only is a smaller scope than sanctuary plus fellowship hall plus nursery plus restrooms. You choose what is in scope. Nothing outside the written scope is cleaned, and nothing inside the written scope is skipped.
Scheduling constraints. Early-morning or weekend cleaning does not carry a surcharge in most cases, but very constrained access windows (for example, the building is only unlocked for one hour on Saturday morning) can affect how efficiently the crew can work.
Contact us with a description of your facility: the spaces you want cleaned, the approximate square footage of each, how frequently you want service, and any scheduling constraints. We return a written scope and a quoted price within one business day.

We do not publish price ranges because they are not useful without facility-specific information. A written quote takes one business day and costs nothing.
