Disinfection protocols for children's spaces. Scheduled to meet licensing standards where applicable.
Nurseries and classrooms used by children under five are subject to different cleaning standards than adult common areas — more frequent disinfection of contact surfaces, attention to floor-level areas, and product selection that accounts for younger and more vulnerable occupants. If your church operates a licensed childcare program, we can align our scope with the sanitation requirements in your facility's license.
Standard scope for nursery and classroom cleaning: hard surface disinfection of contact points (door handles, light switches, countertops, crib rails, changing table surfaces), toy and manipulative wipe-down with appropriate solution, carpeted area vacuuming, hard floor mopping, rubbish removal including diaper pail service, restroom cleaning if attached, and a written record of what was cleaned and with what product.
We do not remove or rearrange stored materials, lesson supplies, or equipment without explicit instruction. After the first clean, we provide a notes sheet for any items the staff want handled differently.
If your congregation operates a daycare or preschool program licensed by the Minnesota Department of Human Services, we can discuss aligning the cleaning scope and documentation with your licensing requirements. We are not a licensed childcare provider and we do not provide childcare certifications — but we can provide written cleaning logs suitable for a licensing inspection if you describe what your inspector asks for.
Tell us about your nursery or classroom space and any licensing considerations. Written quote within one business day.
Request a QuoteAfter the initial service we ask the facility coordinator to walk the space with us before we leave. Any surface or item that needs a different approach goes onto a permanent notes list attached to your account. The second visit runs faster because the crew knows your layout and your preferences. By the third visit, a professional nursery clean should require no supervision.
